👥 Founding Team

Haitham Maatouk Chief Architect | Co-founder Graduated in 2002 from the Architecture Department of the Arab University of Beirut, Haitham began his career with South for Construction, as the site works manager for the restoration of heritage buildings in Sodeco and Beirut Downtown during the post-war reconstruction era.

In 2005, driven by a personal and artistic architectural vision, he launched his own firm. Since then, he has delivered numerous landmark projects in Lebanon and abroad, combining innovation, identity, and refinement.

Haitham is known for his unique artistic imagination, turning raw ideas into bold spatial realities.

Fadel Maatouk Geomatics & Project Management Engineer | Co-founder – Managing DirectorGraduated from Sorbonne University (Paris VI - Pierre et Marie Curie), Fadel brings dual expertise: field engineering and project strategy. In 2024, he joined Haitham to bring a fresh dynamic to the business: Premier Engineering Group SARL.

Together, they launched Premier as a benchmark for refined architecture and innovative solutions in Lebanon and across the region.
